Jon has pastored in local church contexts for over 10 years, developing a passion for writing songs and creating spaces where people can focus their attention on Jesus and have their lives transformed by the presence of Holy Spirit. 

As a writer and producer, Jon has been nominated for numerous GMA Canada and JUNO awards including male vocalist of the year and musical collaboration of the year. He has written songs that have been sung throughout churches in North America and that have garnered attention from Christian radio charts including ‘God of Faithfulness’ and ‘Still’. 

As a creative coach, Jon has worked with church leaders, worship pastors and creatives from across North America. He loves helping leaders develop spirit-led, creatively innovative cultures that are marked by devotion to the Lord and organizational clarity. His conviction is for the local church to be equipped to host impactful worship moments through excellence in the arts in and through music, production, creative and songwriting environments. 

Jon lives in Tulsa, OK with his wife, Sarah, and their three children — Joëlle, Levi and Haven — where he serves as a worship pastor at Church On The Move.
